RELL Fit is a nutrition and fitness tracker for small groups — a household, a family, a few friends. This policy describes exactly what the app stores, who can see it, and how to get rid of it.
RELL Fit is operated by RELL FIT LLC, Liberty Hill, Texas, United States. In this policy, "we" and "RELL" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the app.
RELL only stores what you enter or what the app needs to work. There is no data collected in the background about you, your device usage, your location, or your browsing.

Weight, body measurements, food logs and workouts are health-related information, and we treat them that way. They are stored to show you your own history and to power the features you use — targets, trends, streaks and challenges.
We do not sell this data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, insurers or employers. We do not use it to build a profile of you for any purpose outside the app. RELL does not read from or write to Apple Health.
RELL is built for a group to track together, so some of what you log is visible to the other members of your group. This is the point of the app, but you should know where the line sits.
Visible to your group: your display name and avatar, whether you hit your goal today, your daily calorie and macro totals against your targets, your points, streaks and level, workouts you log (unless you mark a workout private), your challenges and results, and anything you send in group chat.
Not visible to your group: your weight and goal weight, your body measurements, your mood and day notes, and your saved foods.
Anyone who has your group's invite code can join that group and will then see the items above. Share the code only with people you mean to.
These are the only outside services the app contacts. Each one is a processor acting for us, not a party we sell data to.
Your data stays until you delete it. Logs, workouts and measurements remain in your history so the app can show trends over time.
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile. When you do:
Deletion cannot be undone. If you would rather have a copy of your data first, or want it deleted without using the in-app option, write to us at the address below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is processed, and to complain to a data protection authority. Residents of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom and several US states have these rights by law. We honour these requests from anyone who asks, wherever they live. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
RELL's infrastructure is operated in the United States. If you use the app from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored there.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access rules that limit each record to the person it belongs to and, where a feature requires it, to their group. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.
RELL Fit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. A child under 13 should not create an account. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it. If you are between 13 and 18, please use RELL only with a parent or guardian's agreement — calorie and weight tracking is not suitable for everyone, and a parent should be part of that decision.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
